- ¾ cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
- ¾ cup Old Fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (or vegan butter or room temperature refined coconut oil for vegan)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
